Sync Logs

The Sync Logs page shows a full history of every attempt FormFlow has made to send a submission to your CRM. Use it to diagnose failures and retry syncs that didn’t go through.

Each row in the log shows:

EmailThe submitter’s email address
CRMWhich CRM was targeted
StatusOutcome of the sync attempt
ErrorError message if the sync failed
RetryButton to try again (shown for failed syncs only)
StatusMeaning
PendingThe sync is queued and hasn’t been processed yet
RetryingA previous attempt failed and the sync is queued again
SyncedThe submission was successfully sent to the CRM
FailedAll attempts were exhausted and the sync did not succeed

You can filter the log by:

FilterOptions
StatusPending, Retrying, Synced, Failed
CRMHubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp

Click the Retry button on any failed log entry to re-queue that sync. The status changes to Pending and the sync is attempted again.

If retries keep failing, check that your CRM credentials are still valid in Settings. Invalid credentials cause syncs to fail immediately without retrying.
