Plans & Billing

FormFlow offers four plans. You can change your plan at any time from the Plans & Billing page.

Available Plans

Free

• Price: Free
• Forms: Up to 5 active forms
• Submissions: 100 per month (hard limit — the form stops accepting submissions once reached)
• Features: CSV export only
• No integrations, conditional logic, file uploads, or in-app support

Starter — $9/month or $84/year

• Forms: Up to 15 active forms
• Submissions: 1,000 per month
• Features: CSV export, all integrations, conditional logic, file uploads, in-app support
• Overage: $2.00 per additional 1,000 submissions (up to your monthly cap)

Growth — $29/month or $288/year

• Forms: Up to 50 active forms
• Submissions: 10,000 per month
• Features: CSV export, all integrations, conditional logic, file uploads, in-app support
• Overage: $1.50 per additional 1,000 submissions (up to your monthly cap)

Pro — $79/month or $780/year

• Forms: Unlimited active forms
• Submissions: 100,000 per month
• Features: CSV export, all integrations, conditional logic, file uploads, priority in-app support
• Overage: $1.00 per additional 1,000 submissions (up to your monthly cap)

Annual billing is charged as a single payment upfront and works out to a lower monthly rate than month-to-month.

Overage Charges

On Starter, Growth, and Pro plans, if your forms receive more submissions than your plan includes in a month, additional submissions are charged at the plan’s overage rate. You set a monthly cap when you subscribe — overage charges will never exceed this cap in a single month.

You can set your cap anywhere between $5 and $500. Once the cap is reached, forms continue to accept submissions for the rest of the billing period at no additional charge.

On the Free plan, submissions stop being accepted once the 100/month limit is reached.

Changing Your Plan

1. Go to Plans & Billing in the sidebar
2. Use the Monthly / Annual toggle to choose your billing interval
3. Click Select on the plan you want
4. If upgrading and you have more active forms than the new plan allows, you’ll be asked to unpublish the excess forms first
5. For paid plans, set your preferred monthly overage cap
6. You’ll be redirected to Shopify to approve the charge
7. After approval, your new plan limits take effect immediately

Your Current Plan

The Current Plan card on the billing page shows:

• Your active plan and billing interval
• Your next billing date
• Submission usage for the current billing period (progress bar)
• Published forms count (progress bar)
• Your monthly overage cap (if applicable)
