Dashboard
Section titled “Dashboard”The Dashboard is the home screen of FormFlow. It gives you a quick summary of your form activity and flags any issues with your CRM connections.
Summary Stats
Section titled “Summary Stats”Four cards are shown at the top of the dashboard:

| Total Submissions | All-time submission count across all your forms |
| Synced | Submissions successfully sent to at least one CRM |
| Pending / Failed | Submissions waiting to sync or that encountered an error |
| Active CRMs | Number of CRM integrations currently connected and active |
Recent Submissions
Section titled “Recent Submissions”A table of your 5 most recent submissions, showing the customer email, form name, sync status, and submission date.
Credential Warning
Section titled “Credential Warning”If a CRM integration fails due to invalid or expired credentials, a warning banner appears on the Dashboard with a link to Settings so you can update your credentials. The integration is automatically paused until credentials are corrected.
Sync Now
Section titled “Sync Now”The Sync Now button re-attempts any submissions that are in a pending or failed state. Use this after fixing a credential issue or connectivity problem.
