CSV Export

You can export form submissions to a CSV file at any time. The export includes all submission data and is formatted for easy opening in Excel or Google Sheets.

  1. Go to the Submissions page
  2. Check the boxes next to the submissions you want to export
  3. Click Export selected
  4. The CSV downloads immediately

Export all submissions (or a filtered set)

  1. Go to the Submissions page
  2. Apply any filters you want (by form, date range, status, etc.)
  3. Click the Export button at the top of the page

For smaller exports (under 1,000 submissions), the file downloads immediately.

For larger exports, the job runs in the background. You’ll be taken to the Exports page where you can monitor progress and download the file when it’s ready.

The Exports page shows all export jobs for your store:

The page refreshes automatically while an export is in progress.

The CSV includes all field values collected in each submission. Columns are built from the field names in your forms — every unique field across all exported submissions gets its own column. The following columns always appear first:

  • Email — The submitter’s email address
  • Submitted at — Date and time of submission
  • Status — Sync status at time of export

Download links for large background exports are valid for 15 minutes after the export completes. If your link has expired, re-run the export from the Submissions page.
